CAMBODIA MAINTAINS UNWAVERING COMMITMENT TO CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT

Since the Ceasefire took effect on December 27, 2025, Cambodia has consistently complied and actively supported the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) to ensure transparency, verification, and accountability.

On 15 January 2026, Cambodian authorities coordinated with the AOT to inspect multiple civilian sites in border provinces that suffered serious damage from Thai military attacks. Cambodia remains resolute in prioritizing peace, stability, and the rapid restoration of normal life for border communities.
