Cambodian Human Rights Committee Petitions UN over Thai Military’s Unlawful Barbed Wire Deployment

(Phnom Penh): The Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) sent formal letters to representatives of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, protesting actions by the Royal Thai Armed Forces that violate the ceasefire agreed on 28 July 2025 and the 13-point Agreed Minutes of the Extraordinary Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting on 7 August 2025.
