First U.S. Warship Docks at Ream to Strengthen Military Ties

PREAH SIHANOUK — The U.S. Navy warship USS Cincinnati arrived at Ream Naval Base in Preah Sihanouk Province on January 24 for a five-day port visit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the Cambodian and U.S. militaries.

Approximately 100 crew members are taking part in sporting events and other exchange activities designed to build friendships with Cambodian counterparts and promote cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
