Foreign diplomats, UN agencies, NGOs visit alleged bomb site in Oddar Meanchey

ODDAR MEANCHEY, Cambodia, Aug. 22 — Foreign diplomats, United Nations agencies, and non-governmental organizations on Friday inspected the site in Kork Mon commune, Banteay Ampil district, where MK-84 bombs were allegedly dropped by Thai troops, officials said.
The visit, organized by Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, included a briefing by the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC). Officials outlined the location and impact of the munitions during the on-site presentation.
