H.E. Mr. CHEA Chanboribo, received a courtesy call by H.E. Mr. Noel Servigon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Philippines to Romania

On 31 July 2023, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Sofia, H.E. Mr. CHEA Chanboribo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Bulgaria, Romania, the Hellenic Republic, and the Republic of Cyprus, Republic of Estonia ,Republic of Latvia ,Republic of Lithuania received a courtesy call by H.E. Mr. Noel Servigon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Philippines to Romania.

During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the continued progress of relations and cooperation between the two countries, in the areas of economy, education, security, agriculture, trade, labour, vocational training, and other sectors. The two sides also underscored the importance of the State Visit of the President of the Philippines to Cambodia in September 2025, which further strengthened the bonds of friendship, solidarity, and cooperation in all fields between the two countries and their peoples.
