Honoring the Leadership of Samdech Techo: Recipient of Timor-Leste’s Grand Collar of the Order

The Ambassador, along with the diplomatic officers and staff of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia accredited to the Republic of Bulgaria, Romania, the Hellenic Republic, and the Republic of Cyprus, expresses their deepest and most heartfelt congratulations to Samdech Techo on being conferred the Grand Collar of the Order of Timor-Leste — the highest honor of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste.

This prestigious decoration was officially bestowed during a ceremony held on 9 May 2025 at the Presidential Palace of Timor-Leste.
