At 9:09 AM, Thai heavy machinery resumed land excavation activities.

At 9:50 AM, a Thai truck delivered construction materials, including concrete bases, drainage pipes, and vehicle tires (already prepared), and unloaded them in front of their outpost.

By 9:53 AM, Thai military forces proceeded to dig foundations for the installations.

At 10:55 AM, another Thai excavator operated behind the Thai police post, approximately 15 meters from the Cambodian military position, and continued installing drainage pipes and tires into the foundation.

These aggressive actions by Thailand represent a serious violation of the ceasefire agreement and an infringement on Cambodia's territorial sovereignty.

Since the morning of August 5, the Cambodian military has been in communication with the Thai side, urging them to dismantle the unauthorized structures and withdraw their equipment from Cambodian sovereign territory. As of now, no removal has taken place, and discussions between the two parties are still ongoing.
