Regarding Continued Armed Aggression by Thai Military Forces

(4th and 5th Military Regions – December 19, 2025 | Day 13)

The Thai side has continued to violate the ceasefire and the “Joint Declaration signed by the Prime Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand” on October 26, 2025.

1. Frontline Situation in the 4th Military Region

Oddar Meanchey Province

Period: From 05:00 p.m. on December 18 to 07:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025

The Thai military continued its attacks on Cambodian territory.

• From 08:00 p.m. on December 18 to 05:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025, Thai forces fired artillery shells into the areas of Tamone Temple and Damnak Sdech.

The situation in other areas remains calm. Cambodian forces continue to monitor the situation closely and remain on high alert.

2. Frontline Situation in the 5th Military Region

Banteay Meanchey and Pursat Provinces

Period: From 05:00 p.m. on December 18 to 09:00 a.m. on December 19, 2025

The Thai military continued its attacks on Cambodia as follows:

On December 18, 2025

• 05:28 p.m. – Thai forces used drones to drop bombs in the area of Thmar Da.

On December 19, 2025

• 04:54 a.m. – Thai forces fired into the area of O’ Phlok Damrei.

• 05:41 a.m. – Thai forces fired artillery from a naval warship into the area of Thmar Da.

• 06:01 a.m. – Thai forces fired artillery shells into Prey Chan Village.

• 06:54 a.m. – Thai forces deployed large drones, violating Cambodian airspace in Thmar Da Commune.

• 07:42 a.m. – Thai forces sprayed toxic gas into the area of Chok Chey Village, Banteay Meanchey Province.

• 08:48 a.m. – Thai forces again sprayed toxic gas into Chok Chey Village, Banteay Meanchey Province.

The situation in other areas remains calm. Cambodian forces continue close monitoring and maintain a high level of vigilance.
